In the mornings, we wake up thinking, "ugh, work again." But right afterward, we start thinking, "let me get to the office five minutes early so I can chat with the gang." We're surrounded by people we genuinely enjoy being with. Yes, we hold competitions, we get into friendly rivalries, and in the end we congratulate the winner.
