Sometimes certain places give you the feeling that "something is ending here." That's exactly how my life in Germany felt to me. Something inside me had closed off, and I knew: my path would continue somewhere else. But I never imagined that place would be Istanbul.
I originally come from the film and media industry. As many people know, Istanbul is quite a major hub for this sector, so I decided to move.
As much as I loved building connections in the industry, always rushing to keep up, and dashing between film sets, over time I realized something was missing inside me: order, routine, and the feeling of "belonging somewhere." One day, while scrolling through Instagram, I came across a job posting:
"Do you speak German at a native level and live in Turkey? Then get in touch with us."
I applied, and shortly afterward I was invited to an interview, with Telediyalog.
The moment I stepped into the office, I thought: "Wow, what an elegant and lovely work environment." But what impressed me even more was the respect and courtesy shown to me as a candidate. In that moment, a voice inside me said, "I'm in the right place here."
I've now been working at Telediyalog for more than three months. And this sudden step I took, completely into the unknown, gives me the feeling, looking back today, that I'm on exactly the right path.
I didn't just find a job; I also gained order, a new perspective, and the feeling of having "found my place." Sometimes all it takes for someone to truly arrive where they're meant to be is taking that one step.

I'd like to briefly tell you the story of how I came to Istanbul. Because I know there are people among you who dream the same dreams and feel the same hesitations as I did. Maybe this piece will give them a little courage.
I lived in Germany my whole life, but I always carried a desire inside me to live in Istanbul. I wanted to experience this city's never-ending energy and, at the same time, explore my Turkish identity more closely. But making this decision was not at all easy for me.
"Will my Turkish be good enough?"
"Will I be able to find a job that suits me?"
Questions like these were constantly on my mind.
I realized I could only find the answers to these questions by living them, not by thinking them through. And in the end, I gathered my courage and came to Istanbul. Right around that time, the Telediyalog job posting appeared in front of me. The most important quality they were looking for was native-level German. I applied, and shortly afterward I was invited to a job interview. The moment I walked into the office, I felt as if I were in Germany. Everyone was speaking German, and there were people with backgrounds like mine. The atmosphere was both professional and very understanding.
There I realized this place was a meeting point of two cultures. Just like my own identity: both Turkey and Germany. I felt I belonged right away, and today I've been here for exactly seven months. Looking back, I see that those great hesitations are no longer part of my life. Telediyalog has one of the biggest shares in this change.
And Istanbul didn't just offer me a new city and a career… I also met my life partner here. For me, this city is no longer just a dream; it has become a place my heart belongs to and where I truly belong.
By taking this step, I feel that, beyond the life I left behind, I've built a much happier and more fulfilling life for myself. If you're wrestling with similar questions, I can tell you this: sometimes the answers are hidden just behind a single step of courage.

An Agent's Diary: The Road to the Top Runs Through Telediyalog! Hello, future agents! My name is Kadriye, and today I'm going to tell you not just about a single workday, but about how I stepped into professionalism under the Telediyalog roof and the advantages this dynamic world has offered me.
If you're ready, let's set off on the journey to our spot in Palladium Tower!
An Energetic Start to the Day When the alarm goes off at 6:00 a.m., I'm waking up not just to a job, but to a platform where I can develop myself. Setting out from Çekmeköy and reaching Ataşehir, I use the dedicated shuttle Telediyalog provides for us to get to Palladium Tower. The sense of privilege that comes from working in one of the city's most prestigious buildings is priceless, and it's especially motivating for anyone turning a new page in their life!
Mornings full of motivation: the Telediyalog Lounge The moment I step into the office, my first stop is the Telediyalog Lounge. This isn't just a rest area; it's a space where I happily socialize with my team. As the breakfast I brought from home is accompanied by that fresh coffee from the lounge café, I plan out my day. At 9:00 a.m., when I put on my headset, I'm no longer just an agent, I'm also a solution partner.
Comfort and Productivity Together Thanks to the modern, airy feel of my workspace, I always feel energetic and motivated, even amid a busy pace. Having my own dedicated space helps me focus and work with maximum efficiency.
At Telediyalog, the concept of "getting tired while working" gives way to "growing while achieving."
Pleasant, peaceful breaks! During short breaks, I take a breath against Palladium Tower's unique view, and at lunch I happily enjoy my meal with my teammates, either at the Grill on the ground floor of the building, or in the modern, clean cafeteria that serves a wide variety of home-style dishes, soups, and all kinds of salads every day.
And the Palladium Mall right across the way makes my life so much easier!
Whatever I need to take care of after work or during a break is just a step away. A place where social life and work life are this well balanced is a real privilege!
Farewell to the World of Achievers and Getting Ready for a New Day When I shut down my computer at 7:15 p.m., I leave not tired, but with the peace of a professional who has come one step closer to their goals. On the 7:30 shuttle home, I think about the experiences I gained that day and the things I might do even better the next.
